As you probably know, there have been several lawsuits filed against Barack Obama (and others) because it is beleived by many that Barack Obama is not a "natural born" citizen and, therefore, not constitutionally eligible to be President of the United States. All that is asked is that he present various documents which will prove or disprove his "natural born" citizenship status. These suits, thus far, have all been denied, not on their merits but, in most cases, due to "lack of standing" or jurisdiction.
It is my understanding, although it can probably never be proven, that the Courts (including the Supreme Court) have been told to throw out these cases.
Have you considered filing suit against Barack Obama based on this constitutional issue? Just thought I would ask.

Since you are the watchdog group for injustice over our Constitution I find it necessary to bring to your attention that BH Obama is also ineligable to hold the office of President as he is not a Natural Born Citizen. Nobody has seen his birth certificate or any other evidence of citizenship (a digital image is not evidence, and the document the image presents would not prove his citizenship anyway). Although Hawaiian officials confirm that they have his official documentation on record, they will not confirm whether or not that documentation indicates birth on Hawaiian soil. Obama refuses... allow your mind to function for a moment so that you can comprehend this... he refuses to release his birth certificate or allow the state of Hawaii to release it. Similarly concealed are most of his records including school, medical, Senate, etc. Dozens of lawsuits have requested that he verify his eligibility. Hundreds of thousands of citizens have signed a petition demanding the same. Numerous military personnel and state Representatives have joined this call. So yes, his eligibility is in question. And since his literal response is, and has been, to challenge all lawsuits and refuse to allow the release of his birth certificate, it remains in question.

The U.S. Constitution was already totally finished off back in 1913 when the elite illegally privatized the power to create money (for the 3rd time), to whit:

I have just known about this horrific mess of our "government" enslaving citizens for eighteen months, and must agree with the assessment that we must use force to save the republic. The really scary part though is the issue of food. Last year the world ate more than was produced. Our great production of grain is totally dependent on oil based fertilizers, and we no longer have three years of grain stored for a "rainy day". We have about 60 days of food for the US. There are only three days of food in the groceries, and how many millions in the cities?? It is exciting to think of "Red Dawn" like scenarios, but the weapons that they have are beyond your average frontier militia. There are microwave guns that can heat the fluid under the skin to excruciating degrees and do it over a crowd of people. And the blackout bomb, Electro Magnetic Pulses, viruses, lethal gas, etc. I fear that this will be more like the end of the Roman Empire, destruction from within, unsustainable lifestyles, and in the end, starvation.
Federal officeholders have evaded constitutional limits on their power for years. There is no constitutional grant of power to give money away for bailouts, foreign aid, or domestic welfare. If judicial officers allow the constitutional eligibility requirements for federal officials to lapse into oblivion, there is no chance to save our form of government.

While there can be an interesting discussion over whether her appointment violates the spirit or intent of this law, I think the final issue will revolve around exactly when she resigned and when she was appointed.

Why would the news that in December 2008, the Secretary of State's pay was returned to the original 2007 pay (when Hilary was in office) for this very reason?
That has been mentioned in other articles. Judicial finds that has nothing to do with the case as Rice did receive a pay increase during which Clinton was in the senate. Lowering the pay is not a remedy for that amendment.

What I would like to see is a Federal Grand Jury put into place for oversight and the investigation into every Member of both Houses and the Usurpers Cabinet. Well, let's see. It is a fact that his eligibility has never been vetted by anyone. Nobody has seen his birth certificate or any other evidence of citizenship (a digital image is not evidence, and the document the image presents would not prove his citizenship anyway). Although Hawaiian officials confirm that they have his official documentation on record, they will not confirm whether or not that documentation indicates birth on Hawaiian soil. Obama refuses... allow your mind to function for a moment so that you can comprehend this... he refuses to release his birth certificate or allow the state of Hawaii to release it. Similarly concealed are most of his records including school, medical, Senate, etc. Dozens of lawsuits have requested that he verify his eligibility. Hundreds of thousands of citizens have signed a petition demanding the same. Numerous military personnel and state Representatives have joined this call. So yes, his eligibility is in question. And since his literal response is, and has been, to challenge all lawsuits and refuse to allow the release of his birth certificate, it remains in question.

The U.S. Constitution Is Only A Piece Of Paper
The U.S. Constitution was already totally finished off back in 1913 when the elite illegally privatized the power to create money (for the 3rd time), to whit:

You see, if I have the power to create money and own nothing at all, and you are the owner of all the hard assets in the world, I can simply print currency to buy your assets and then print yet more money to gradually inflate away the value of the paper I originally gave you. I get it all in the end and you will become my serf who can come and beg for crumbs off my table. And this is essentially what is happening right now to the naive people of the U.S.A.(its not rocket science folks, even though the actual process is very convoluted).
Also in 1913, the 16th Amendment (creating the IRS) was brought into existence without being ratified properly, and hence it too is unconstitutional - as far as I can figure (google it).
[My paltry reseach indicates that the elite didn't even really need these measures because they already owned or controlled pretty much everything worth owning or controlling no later than the 1870's, at least the big important stuff. But now, they also control a huge and critical hoard of energy and other technologies that have come out of black projects (and various other venues) and have then been ruthlessly suppressed].
And George Bush Jr. was dead serious when he said "the Constition is only a piece of paper." Everything he did proved it over and over again. What I am saying is that this piddly little lawsuit ain't going to change a bloody thing. I'm 100% for it, but even if it is by some miracle successful, so what - it's just false hope for everyone. The sooner we face the fact of our total and abject enslavement, the sooner we can make a dead serious attempt to break free of these chains. I have just known about this horrific mess of our "government" enslaving citizens for eighteen months, and must agree with the assessment that we must use force to save the republic. I must say though that I doubt at this point if the sheople are even awake enough to know there is a problem. When I talk to people about the mess going on everywhere, they are not interested or really concerned. I have had people be seriously angry at me for telling them things about the foreign troops stationed here, or the huge number of coffins stored out in the boonies, or the old rail car factory in Beecher IN that was shut down, then remodeled by the govt, made airtight and a $million of other things, including giant ductwork with huge blowers. There is no outrage, no concern, they are in a trance. When the govt offers FEMA detention camps as help (relocation, job training) for the foreclosed that are now bottlenecked, (no community has that many rental units available at one time)people will likely see them as getting what they deserve, and never wonder what ever happened to all those people. The really scary part though is the issue of food. Last year the world ate more than was produced. Our great production of grain is totally dependent on oil based fertilizers, and we no longer have three years of grain stored for a "rainy day". We have about 60 days of food for the US. There are only three days of food in the groceries, and how many millions in the cities?? It is exciting to think of "Red Dawn" like scenarios, but the weapons that they have are beyond your average frontier militia. There are microwave guns that can heat the fluid under the skin to excruciating degrees and do it over a crowd of people. And the blackout bomb, Electro Magnetic Pulses, viruses, lethal gas, etc. I fear that this will be more like the end of the Roman Empire, destruction from within, unsustainable lifestyles, and in the end, starvation.

Federal officeholders have evaded constitutional limits on their power for years. There is no constitutional grant of power to give money away for bailouts, foreign aid, or domestic welfare. If judicial officers allow the constitutional eligibility requirements for federal officials to lapse into oblivion, there is no chance to save our form of government.
All lawyers and judges should have zero-tolerance for constitutional violations by constitutional officers, and Senator Clinton's appointment is only one of several such outrageous constitutional violations.
Some people may have the idea that they can ignore the part of the constitution that they find inconvenient. Once this concept becomes a working agenda for our government, our liberties are certain to be lost.

It will be interesting to see if the courts hear your case, or if they just ignore you. I don't have a lot of faith in the integrity of the courts and the judges we have today. Just like the politicians, they seem to ignore the Constitution and don't care who steps on it.
If you get this case into court, then I hope your next case will be to challenge Obama's citizenship and lack of qualification to be President under Article II Section 1 of the Constitution. Nobody has had any luck so far getting a court to hear the case.

Lawsuit Against Hilary Clinton's Appointment
Even though I applaud your presentation of Constitutional issues, I doubt that this will gain any traction. While there can be an interesting discussion over whether her appointment violates the spirit or intent of this law, I think the final issue will revolve around exactly when she resigned and when she was appointed.
Additionally, if President Obama has anything that even looks like an American birth certificate, I think the onus is on his accusers to prove that document false. Casting aspersions and innuendo do not count.
