Justice Souter's replacement should represent all people-namely those who have been disadvantaged such as those listed by President Obama. What would be so difficult to understand that these are the "unrepresented" in society who have been historically disadvantaged by law and it would be about time that a justice system to be abiding by the rights of the individual and not corporations.
