Bader Ginsberg is interested in keeping the Supreme Court a tool of the pro-Israel lobby and the socialists.
She should never have been appointed to the court since she eligible to dual citizenship.
Only 100% Americans with no ties to other nations and not in possession or eligible to possess a second passport belong on the Supreme Court.

I have long had a problem of juries being sequestered where they might be exposed to press or other news pertaining to the case they are hearing or being questioned deeply about their beliefs. While it is true that preconcieved notions may influence a person's perception of the facts, intelligent jurors and intelligent judges can distinquish between fact and prejudice.
The fact is that both conservative judges and libertal judges have for a long time made interpretations of the constitution as well as avoided making interpretations of the constitution in order to serve their own preferences.
Judge Sotomayor is an intelligent person and is able objectively interpret the constitution. I don't have much confidence that she will and I don't have a major concern that she more than any other judge will ignore its purpose and intent.
