White House Plans To Track Govt. Website Visitors

White House "Cookies"

Call me paranoid or what but I must discuss this. The virus, spyware protection on my computer is excellent and nothing has managed to crash its walls until recently.
I have never felt the need to visit government sites until my sister ask me to check on the "clunker" requirements to see if that dying old car that she drives would qualify. I also have never signed up to receive emails from anyone connected to the White House; however I received the Axelrod unsolicited give-love-a-chance email on health care. How did all that happen?
I just ran a virus scan as I normally do and low and behold I have (1) SPYWARE.
When I inquired as to the name of this intruder, the answer was just simply "COOKIES". I think I got "cookies" from the White House. I didn't taste them. I beat them severely and threw them in the trash.
