lawsuit challenging Hillary Clinton Sec of State

West Virginia Constitution has the same wording. A few years ago, the outgoing Governor Underwood appointed Speaker of the House Kiss to a Supreme Court vacancy. It was challenged and the court ruled Kiss was NOT allowed to take the office.

It will probably be a few months before the court makes its decision. We will definitely post an update when we have the ruling.

Months?

One can only wonder why this need take so long. This seems pretty open and shut, cut and dried. Either somebody presented a strong argument in favor of a "Saxby Fix" - or some such work around - or they didn't. Make a decision and move on. In the meantime "Rome is Burning" and we are all suffering. What's the problem?
