Leave it to Judicial Watch to try to take credit for something that other groups have already been pursuing, but Judicial Watch largely lost their credibility with their relative inaction and ineffectiveness during the Bush years.

Propublica, which includes the likes of Henry Louis Gates and other liberals on its board, has been pursuing this issue for at least a month:
