Well, I guess it's technically no longer accurate to call them "illegal" since the nice judge kicked 'em loose and ICE can't touch 'em. You'd think they'd be grateful enough for that wet kiss on both cheeks but...Nooooo! Now, they gotta SUE somebody! You can just imagine the CIRCUS that will ensue as these "former" criminals waltz into a court of law on US soil, day after frikkin' day, and we, the citizenry, can do nothing about it. Hey, is this a great Country, or what? Well, it used to be...until lame brain's like this judge came along!

Why do I see something so outrageous and ludicrous every day that concerns illegal aliens? Their criminal mindsets are universal. If only they could turn this slyness and cunning into something constructive for their own countries instead of coming here uninvited and unwanted by most Americans. They know enough to play the system here and these impoverished, uneducated lawbreakers know how to twist our government, the anti-American organizations and pro-illegal supporters into believing that because they're poor and their own countries don't want them, that it's okay to commit crimes. Now, that only holds good for illegals. If Americans want to commit crimes, they go to jail.
Let's elect someone in 2012 that will put the welfare of his own citizens above that of illegal aliens and their supporters who are trying their best to destroy this country. Let's imitate the greatest generation and fight, or we will look like Juarez in a very short time!

This Connecticut judge needs hung out to dry. Our Constitution is just that...Ours..Citizens of the U.S. These illegals need to go back to their homeland if they want Their Constitutional Protection. Here in the U.S. they have the right to handcuffs and a speedy deportation.
As far as DHS, they are reaping what they have sown by not ENFORCING OUR IMMIGRATION LAWS and Securing our Borders. Their lack of enforcement always comes back to bite the legal American Citizen be it by death or rape at the hands of an illegal alien, identity theft, unemployment, being taxed to financially support these parasites, or to pay for their legal representation and/or incarceration.
