Another proposal that has NO teeth. Presidents can cancel provisions of bill for no reason other than s/he wants too. I for one am tired of legislation that purports to do something that needs to be done, but includes an easy out provision.

What timing when so many US citizens are out of work, especially the ones who voted for Obama thinking he was going to change things for them. If you don't think times are tough already, in the past month local people, US citizens, have knocked on my door handing out their business cards for tree trimming, landscaping, house cleaning, home repair, roofing -- all those jobs that ignorant people have said that Americans don't want to do.

By Law they the Mexican Government can not be forced to do anything. So whomever says this is a pact with Mexico is an idiot. Just stop giving free medical treatment to any one that is illegal here in the USA even to the foreign students. Make them buy insurance or give them like Nanci Pelosi says a fine par IRS or jailtime. See where that brings her Healthcare plan.
