Feds Help Criminal Aliens Escape Justice In Texas

Comments

Hey, Judicial Watch

Do you guy's handle class action suits? Because I'd like to file one in this instance. By the feds doing this it puts my family in danger, and I don't like my family in danger. And when ICE does this because of "resource shortages"? Get real. This is plain incompetence, if they have a suspected murderer, all they have to do is call the sheriff, duh. Or, shift priorities, instead of wasting more money on cop crap, hw about building their own jail? Or better yet, they should have to take these criminals home with them, and support them.

The sad thing is that it

The sad thing is that it goes both ways. Once many counties see that a person has an immigration detainer, they either quickly drop the charges, give credit for time served, or give them a court date so far in the future in the hope that the person will be deported.
