I've worked construction for 35 years, and there's no such thing as a no bid contract. I think that's legal jargon for embezzlement. And, for government to do this is just another poke in the public's eye. And he did this after singing a memorandum forbidding such practices? Hypocrite. Seems Obama has a problem with honesty, like a complete lack of it. I don't know about the rest of you, but to me lying is one of the worst traits a person can have, next to stealing, in fact it's the same basic lack of any moral fiber, that drives this mental defect.
in your story about a 25Million dollar no-bid contract you should have included the BILLIONS OF DOLLARS made by Hallibuton in THEIR REPUBLICAN no -bid Bush contracts. Or perhaps Vice-Crook Cheney with his ties to halliburtons crooks.
