The word DISENFRANCHISED is used in the complaint. Let's cut to the chase, these are ILLEGALS. You have no rights. The first and fourteenth admendments are not available to any illegal. THat applies to the rest of our laws that were not over ruled by the Supreme court since they were passed a long time ago.The ordiance is clear and doesn't mention illegals having rights.What about the rights of legal immigrants that are being taken away by the line jumping of illegals.That's why this country has been a beacon because we go by the rules that apply to all. All this money being wasted at tax payers expense could be better used to protect legal immigrants.
Perhaps someone here could clarify WHY any civil rights group here in America should be bowed to (most especially when they are "protecting" illegals) when THEY are in OUR country and should be forced to abide by our laws? Why is no one telling them to take a walk -- as in a LONG walk, BACK across the border? Illegals have been ENCOURAGED to sue every chance they get, TAUGHT to use our system against us,and ALLOWED to increase there numbers here through our "pretend" border control and demonization of law-abiding officials like Sheriff Joe Arpaio in AZ.
It is obvious our government WANTS to flood the country with illegals and collapse our infrastructure entirely with immigrants who abuse and deplete our resources, including JOBS which should be given to our own poor or out-of-work CITIZENS. If that were not true, these out-of-control special-interest organizations who hire thug-lawyers to carry out their anti-American agenda would NOT BE ALLOWED TO initiate these frivolous attacks on our laws.
Not only do they FLAUNT their illegal status in our faces now, but try to change our laws to accomodate that illegal status even further! Insanity reigns. They will understand nothing but complete deportation of every single illegal man, woman and child, and a CLOSED border until our country can regain control of caring for its OWN.
