Federal Court Grants Oral Argument in Obamacare Employer Mandate Lawsuit

Judicial Watch announced today that on Wednesday, July 16, 2014, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit granted oral argument in an appeal of a lawsuit by Kawa Orthodontics, LLP, that challenges the Obama administration’s delay of the “employer mandate” provisions of the Affordable Care Act, also known as “Obamacare.”
