1. Was AFRICOM informed of its contingent emergency security over the secret meeting being conducted between the two respective presidential envoys of Turkey and The White House, or did AFRICOM learn of this in real time?

2. I understand SOP is asset roll per policy contemporaneously upon discovery of high level government personnel under fire or in harms way; that these assets roll to the border as the standard request for Cross-border Authority is also made.

Cross-border Authority is the standard authorization to cross the border of a foreign nation with hostile intent. This can only be issued by the POTUS.

Was Cross-border Authority Denied?

Why was the highly-experienced General Ham contemporaneously relieved of his command of AFRICOM by his #2 during the Benghazi crisis and under whose orders and for what reason was did this extremely unusual change in command occur?

Were Ambassador Stevens and the other three American victims of murder-by-neglect?

Can you please find credible answers to these questions?

The truth of that tragic night is imprisoned in these questions yet unanswered.
