Media Advisory: Judicial Watch to Announce Lawsuit to Overturn Decision to Delay Obamacare Employer Mandate

SEPTEMBER 27, 2013

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that on Tuesday, October 1 it will hold a press conference announcing a lawsuit filed on behalf of Kawa Orthodontics in an effort to force Obamacare to conform to the rule of law as it applies to the employer mandate.

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, includes both employer and individual mandates to take effect in 2014. In early July, the Obama administration unilaterally delayed the employer mandate for one year.

    I agree the law should hit full force and on schedule.
    Obama is not a King, and it is not for him to pick and choose which laws he feels like honoring, even his own.
    This is not the first instance we have seen of this.
    This needs to be challenged.
