DONATO DALRYMPLE, et. al. v. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
This action arises from the April 22, 2000 pre-dawn raid on the home of Lazaro, Angela, and Marisleysis Gonzalez in Miami, Florida that seized six-year old Cuban asylum seeker Elian Gonzalez from the custody of his U.S. relatives and returned him to Communist-controlled Cuba.
