A delegation of Russian judges and court officials met with Judicial Watch representatives to discuss the structure of the American court system, the mechanisms designed to ensure ethical conduct by members of the judiciary and the “role of the citizen watchdog group in overseeing the judicial system.”

President Tom Fitton discussed the success and limitations of the judicial monitoring program run by Judicial Watch’s California office, the reason why the judicial system could not be relied upon to police itself and the important role Judicial Watch has assumed as a result.
