WHITE HOUSE BECOMES VERITABLE "ROCKINGHAM PALACE"

As With "O.J.," Civil Suits Will Bring Justice

Abuse of Women Renders Clinton A Pariah

(Washington, Feb. 26) It is now clear that the criminal justice system has failed. The Washington Post reported this week that Kenneth Starr's office is virtually disbanding and the independent counsel will likely soon return to private practice. Congress shirked its responsibility in not removing the President from office. The burden of bringing justice for the crimes and other illegal acts committed by this White House and the Clintons now falls to public interest groups - such as Judicial Watch.

The new, credible allegation that Juanita Broaddrick was raped by Bill Clinton adds great significance to the RICO (Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) civil suit filed by Dolly Kyle Browning. In Count VI of her complaint, Mrs. Browning sues Bill Clinton and his agents for their pattern of conduct of abusing and threatening women in order to obtain and maintain hold on the office of the presidency, among other grounds. Obviously, Ms. Broaddrick is one of the many women that fall within Clinton's pattern of conduct.

"Those commentators and analysts who say there won't be a legal proceeding or justice concerning Ms. Broaddrick and the other women are just plain wrong. As with O.J. Simpson, a civil suit will provide justice to rectify this sad pattern of abuse of women," stated Judicial Watch Chairman Larry Klayman. "The White House has become a veritable 'Rockingham Palace,' another place of infamy, with its occupant as isolated as O.J. Simpson."

Larry Klayman is a former Justice Department prosecutor and now serves as Chairman and General Counsel of Judicial Watch, a public interest watchdog group.
