GENNIFER FLOWERS FILES PRIVACY ACT SUIT AGAINST WHITE HOUSE AND RENO JUSTICE

(Washington, D.C.) Following Juanita Broaddrick, Gennifer Flowers yesterday filed a similar lawsuit seeking access to her Privacy Act records, which she believes, based on evidence, was unlawfully disseminated by the Clinton Administration and its agents to destroy her reputation and interfere with her relationships. Recently on "Larry King Live" and in Gail Sheehy's book, Hillary's Choice, it was stated that Mrs. Clinton threatened to "crucify" Gennifer Flowers by digging up dirt and using it against her.

"The Clinton Administration is a master at destroying peoples' lives and it must be held fully accountable under the law. As the President plans to set up a ‘policy think tank' at his Arkansas library and reportedly make millions of dollars in speaking engagements, his administration must not be allowed to get off scot free, no matter how long it takes to bring about justice," stated Judicial Watch Chairman and General Counsel Larry Klayman. "Otherwise, a terrible signal will be sent to future presidents, first ladies, and public officials that they can do whatever they want in violating the public trust and harming American citizens, and go off to live happy and prosperous lives at the expense of everyone they have destroyed," he added. This is Judicial Watch's message for the New Millennium.
