THE JUDICIAL WATCH REPORT

FORMER CHIEF COUNSEL OF HOUSE JUDICIARY FOR WATERGATE, JERRY ZEIFMAN, SAYS GORE'S CORRUPTION KEPT CLINTON IN THE WHITE HOUSE!

(Washington, D.C.) Today on The Judicial Watch Report, Jerry Zeifman, a lifelong Democrat and former Chief Counsel for the House Judiciary Committee during Watergate, stated, for the first time publicly, his belief that Vice-President Al Gore's involvement in Democrat scandals saved President Clinton from being removed from The White House:

ZEIFMAN: "ONE OF THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE NIXON IMPEACHMENT AND THE CLINTON IMPEACHMENT WAS ESSENTIALLY THIS: IN THE NIXON IMPEACHMENT SITUATION, WE HAD THE ADVANTAGE OF... HAVING GOTTEN RID OF THE CORRUPT VICE-PRESIDENT SO THAT PEOPLE COULDN'T SAY, "WHAT GOOD IS THIS IMPEACHMENT GOING TO DO?"... I THINK IN THE CASE OF CLINTON YOU HAD A DIFFERENT SITUATION, AND I THINK THERE WAS SOME SENTIMENT ON THE PART OF SOME PEOPLE, SOME CITIZENS AND SOME PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE OF, "WHAT GOOD IS IT GOING TO DO TO REPLACE CLINTON WITH GORE?" BECAUSE GORE...WAS CONSIDERED WORSE THAN CLINTON."

Hosts Larry Klayman and Tom Fitton also interviewed Tom Flocco, the plaintiff in Judicial Watch's State Farm case against Clinton for the alleged improper payment of the Clintons' legal fees. NewsMax.com's star reporter Carl Limbacher also made a guest appearance.
