Socialist Drug-addict Athlete Leads Anti-American Protest

Folks at the White House must be shaking in their boots that a washed out soccer player well known for his drug addiction and tight friendship with Cuban Dictator Fidel Castro, is the guy leading an anti-American protest at a South American summit that George Bush will attend this week.

The New York Times reports

that Diego Maradona, who lives in Cuba and refers to Castro as a “God,” will round up thousands of demonstrators to the Argentine beach resort of Mar del Plata to protest Bush’s presence at the summit meeting of Western Hemisphere.

Liberal blogs such as Ruth Group, which proudly brags about its numerous San Francisco anti-war demonstrations, and the Mohawk blogger have already posted the New York Times article and referred to Maradona as a credible football hero rather than the socialist, druggy and dictator-lover that he really is.
