U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), coordination with the U.S. Department State
(DOS), invites you participate teleconference Tuesday, March 31, from 3:30 p.m.
(Eastern) learn more about the Central American Minors (CAM) Refugee/Parole Program. The
program provides certain children Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras with safe, legal, and
orderly alternative the dangerous journey that some children are undertaking the United States.
The CAM program began accepting applications from qualifying parents the U.S. for their children
December 2014. Only certain qualifying parents who are legally present the U.S. are eligible file
for their children. Each qualified child must unmarried, under the age 21, and residing
Salvador, Guatemala Honduras. certain cases, the in-country parent the qualifying child may also
qualify for access the in-country parent the legal spouse the qualifying parent the U.S.
During this teleconference, representative from USCIS and DOS will provide overview the CAM
