This our Agency's final response your October 24, 2012, Freedom oflnfonnation Act (FOIA) request. your request you sought records concerning the Safety and Sanitation Camp Justice Joint Task Force Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (JTF-GTMO). Specifically, you sought information concerning (1) All communications (including emails, memoranda, any other form cotTespondence) respecting health safety sanitation Camp Justice; (2) All reports, assessments, evaluations, lab results, any other documentation health safety sanitation planning testing Camp Justice; (3) All contracts, invoices, expense vouchers, any other documentation financial transactions relation support health safey sanitation Camp Justice; (4) All commendations, comments complaints -medical otherwise, from any source -respecting health safety sanitation Camp Justice; and (5) All Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), policy statements, guidelines, directives, initiatives. other standards protocols regarding health safety sanitation Camp Justice. copy your request attached for ease reference.
