VIII. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION EXPLANATIONS Part VJ, deleted the one creditor listed the 2003 report because the credit card debt was paid full. Part VII, added entry for Northwestern Mutual whole life insurance policy. had this report for 1994 but deleted after received letter 
from the Committee Financial Disclosure advising that was not required report dividends other income from life insurance policies. Upon 
reflection, because the policy held part for investment should included Part VII and have added back now. Part VII, also added reference New York State 529 College Savings Program accounts. These accounts were opened with the State New York the end 2003 but inadvertently neglected include them 2003 report and adding them now.

CERTIFICATION. certify that all information given above (including information pertaining spouse and minor dependent children, any) accurate, true, and complete the best IFnowledge and belief, and that any information not reported was withheld because met applicable statutory provisions permitting non-disclosure. further certify that earned income from outside employment and honoraria and the acceptance gifts which have been reported are compliance with the provisions U.S.C.  501 et. seq., U.S.C.  7353, and Judicial Conference regulations.
