This the final response the Civil Division your April 2012 Freedom Information Act (FOIA) request. Your request was received April 2012 and assigned control number 145-FOI-10929. 
The Civil Division coordinated searches the paper and electronic records our staff that were identified potentially having information responsive your request. Those searches identified 4,468 pages records responsive your request. are herewith releasing DVD containing copies 511 pages records either their entirety partially redacted. Where redactions have been made, they are marked with the FOIA exemption supporting the 
withholding. Withholding marked b-5, are taken under U.S.C. 552 (b) (5) preclude 
disclosure pre-decisional deliberative process, attorney work product and attorney client communications. Withholdings marked b-6, are taken under U.S.C. 552 (b) (6), protect personal privacy individuals, including names, email addresses and telephone numbers. addition, 3,957 pages have been withheld their entirety. These records include emails, email chains, draft records and internal memorandums. These records have been withheld under U.S.C. 552 (b) (5) preclude disclosure agency pre-decisional deliberative process, attorney work product and attorney client communications. Portions these records are also withheld under U.S.C. 552 (b) (6) protect personal privacy. you are dissatisfied with action your request, you have right appeal the Director, Office Information Policy (OIP), United States Department Justice, 1425 New York Avenue, NW, Suite 11050, Washington, 205300001.
