Pursuant the Freedom oflnformation Act (FOJA), U.S.C.  552, Judicial Watch, Inc., (Judicial Watch) hereby requests that the U.S. Department Health Human Services (HI JS) altogether and the Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) specifically produce the following within twenty (20) business days:
