MINUTE ORDER: The Court has received Plaintiffs [26] Reply Opposition Motion Stay.
Plaintiffs [21] Motion Stay requests stay while Defendant processes Plaintiffs separate
FOIA request seeking documents that Defendant has determined nonresponsive the
FOIA request issue this litigation. However, responsiveness these documents

the Court shall DENY Plaintiffs [21] Motion Stay.
The Court shall proceed evaluate the parties [14][15] Motions for Summary Judgment.
the event that Defendants processing Plaintiffs separate FOIA request affects the pending
motions prior the Courts decision, the parties shall file Joint Status Report identifying the
developments and proposing the way which the Court should handle the pending motions.
