For your information. Congress excluded three discrete categories law enforcement
and national security records from the requirements ofthe OIA. See use. 552m (2006
Supp. (2010). This response limited those records that are subject the requirements
the FOIA. This standard noti cation that given all our iequcsters and should not
taken indication that excluded records do, not, exist.
