Defendant reports that has finished its search for responsive documents and has collected approximately 5,800 pages documents, most all which are believed responsive Plaintiff FOIA requests. Defendant anticipates producing non-exempt documents responsive Plaintiff FOIA requests, with the exception cooperation agreements sought paragraph Plaintiff May 22, 2015 request, see Dkt. May 2016. Defendant will thereafter produce non-exempt portions the aforementioned cooperation agreements rolling basis, with productions occurring every thirty days. The parties agree file joint status reports the date each document production.
