Dear Secretary Kerry: January 2015, the Department State released, pursuant the Freedom
Infonnation Act (FOIA), batch Secretary Clintons emails that included disturbing June
2011 email exchange between Secretary Clinton and Jake Sullivan, her then-Deputy Chief
Staff. The exchange appears show, response. difficulties sending secure fax, Secretary
