All the other assets identified your letter were purchased during the gap period between nomination report and the annual report. Second, you identify number investment entries that were included prior report that were not listed the 2006 report. These items were sold during the reporting period the February 17, 2005 nomination report when they were exempt 
transactions during the gap period between the nomination rport and the annual report. The life 
insurance policies identified lines 187, 188 and 189 were inadvertently omitted and should now included.
