This letter response your July 30, 2018 Freedom Information Act (FOIA) request for any and all records concerning mission taskings for President Trump July 27-29, 2018 visit
Bedminster, New Jersey any and all records concerning transportation costs for President Trump July
27-29, 2018 visit Bedminster, New Jersey and any and all passenger manifests (DD-2131) for
President Trump July 27-29, 2018 visit Bedminster, New Jersey. Attached are all reasonably
segregable portions the requested records.
The 89th Airlift Wing/Presidential Airlift Group conducted search and provided records
response concerning mission taskings.
With respect the transportation costs, the attached AFTO Form 781 for President Trump
July 27-29, 2018 visit Bedminster, New Jersey and the cost per flying hour (CPFH)
memo, https://comptroller.defense.gov/Portals/45/documents/rates/fy2018/2018_b_c.pdf are provided
calculate the transportation cost. Please note the cost these flights can determined multiplying
the number hours flown the fiscal year cost per flying hour (CPFH).

does not possess responsive documents, nor the public release authority for the record. Passenger
manifests that pertain White House directed airlift missions are managed the White House Military
Office (WHMO) behalf the White House and are covered the Presidential Records Act 1978, U.S.C. 2201-07, which may permit certain records withheld under the direction the President
under the FOIA. Accordingly, your FOIA request has been forwarded the OSD/JS FOIA Requester
Service Center, the servicing FOIA office for WHMO for release decision. The OSD FOIA can

The names and last four the social security numbers the U.S. Air Force aircrew members
the AFTO Form 781 are redacted accordance with FOIA Exemption release would constitute
clearly unwarranted invasion that person privacy. There must balance between the public
interest releasing the information and the private interest not releasing the information. this case,
since there public interest, any privacy interest for the aircrew members must protected.
