Did Boehner punish GOP enemies by canceling travel?

From WND:

In 2010, Judicial Watch uncovered the fact that then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi had spent some $101,000 of taxpayer money on “in-flight services,” including food and alcohol, during a two-year period. That’s nearly $1,000 per week on Maker’s Mark whiskey, Courvoisier cognac, Johnny Walker Red scotch, Grey Goose vodka, Bailey’s Irish Crùme, Bacardi Light rum, Jim Beam whiskey, Beefeater gin, Dewars scotch, Bombay Sapphire gin, Jack Daniels whiskey and Corona beer – which was only a small fraction of the more than $2 million of taxpayer money she spent over that time period for travel on military jets.
