Tuesday, September 16, 2008, 9:30 a.m.

California Court of Appeals

First Appellate District, Division Two

350 McAllister Street

San Francisco, CA 94102

Wednesday, September 17, 2008, 9:00 a.m.

California Court of Appeal

Fourth Appellate District, Division Three
