Getting Clinton’s Emails: Lawsuits, FOIAs From Associated Press and Judicial Watch Issued to State Department

Recently Judicial Watch filed several FOIA requests against the State Department relating to Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. If the requests are not fulfilled by the State Department, Judicial Watch will file FOIA lawsuits to get the records its seeking. Meanwhile, the House Select Committee on Benghazi wants Clinton to testify before the committee to glean more information about the email scandal.
