Thanks Huma. did not see this the OGE 4SO, but can amend that report.
For the OGE 450 {New ~ntrant report), did you hold more than $1,000 each these holdings the day you.signed
the report? Please let know-we will need amend. Also, you anticipate the new position participating
matters involving any these entities? NO, NEW POSITION IDENTICAL OLD POSITION. transactions for the OGE 278, which now joint termination annual report, you should pick date within days your termination date, and report your assets that date. All income from 2011 through that date will need reported. Transactions for all 2011-through that date will also need reported. TOTALLY
CONFUSED. SARAH SPECIFICALLY TOLD JANUARY 31ST AND THAT WAS THE HOLDINGS DOCUMENT FORWARDED
HER LAST WEEK.
Yes, need ident[fy the source your husbands income--this should have been done the 278s throughout
your prior position. (We dont need report amount, but need identify the employer). Under separate c9ver,
will forward link the instructions for the OGE 278. DIDNT GET SEPARATE LINK FROM YOU BUT SINCE WAS
MEMBER CONGRESS, ALWAYS FILLED OUT HIS OWN FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE AND THAT COPY WAS ALWAYS
PROVIDED ALONG WITH COPY. SINCE RESIGEO, HAS BEEN THE PRESIDENT WOOLF WEINER ASSOCIATES.
1Will CALL
Please feel free give call you have any questions. Today can reached
SHORTLY SURE ALL ORDER. THERE ONE FORM BOTH NEED Fill OUT, HAPPY THAT.
Thanks again,
Best Regards,
