Evanston, Illinois has embarked on a reparations scheme that flatly rejects America’s colorblind Constitution by unconstitutionally discriminating against anyone who does not identify as black or African American.The general idea behind reparations is that contemporary black citizens should be reimbursed with public funds for the evils of slavery and so called “systemic racism.”

This is impractical, immoral, and unjust. Most importantly, it is unconstitutional — which is why Judicial Watch is suing Evanston, Illinois.
