A recent Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General report detailed evidence that the Obama DOJ sought to shut down the FBI investigation of the Clinton Foundation.

Now Judicial Watch is suing the DOJ all for all records of communications involving any investigation by the FBI into the Clinton Foundation.

We have uncovered many other instances of seeming pay-to-play and favoritism for the Clinton Foundation by the Clinton State Department.

And now it’s time for the DOJ to stop shielding the Clintons and produce the records we’re asking for so we can expose these corrupt actions.
