Illegal Alien Minors Spreading TB, Ebola, Dengue, Swine Flu

Illegal Alien Minors Spreading TB, Ebola, Dengue, Swine Flu

JULY 08, 2014

The hordes of illegal immigrant minors entering the U.S. are bringing serious diseases—including swine flu, dengue fever, Ebola virus and tuberculosis—that present a danger to the American public as well as the Border Patrol agents forced to care for the kids, according to a U.S. Congressman who is also medical doctor.

This has created a “severe and dangerous” crisis, says the Georgia lawmaker, Phil Gingrey. Most of the Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) are coming from Central America and they’re importing infectious diseases considered to be largely eradicated in this country. Additionally, many of the migrants lack basic vaccinations such as those to prevent chicken pox or measles, leaving America’s young children and the elderly particularly susceptible, Gingrey reveals.

In a hard-hitting letter to the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Congressman Gingrey demands that the agency keep Americans informed about its plan to handle the growing public health crisis posed by the influx of minors. “As the unaccompanied children continue to be transported to shelters around the country on commercial airlines and other forms of transportation, I have serious concerns that the diseases carried by these children may begin to spread too rapidly to control,” the congressman writes. “In fact, as you undoubtedly know, some of these diseases have no known cure.”

Gingrey mentions reports of Border Patrol agents contracting diseases through contact with the infected illegal aliens. A few weeks ago Judicial Watch reported that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is forcing Border Patrol agents to serve as babysitters for the UACs. An internal agency document obtained by JW calls for agents with “child care or juvenile teaching and/or counseling” experience to work at the various shelters housing the migrants. Officers from the front-line agency responsible for preventing terrorists and weapons of mass destruction from entering the U.S. will be “responsible for feeding, monitoring, interacting and providing security” for the illegal alien minors until they are placed elsewhere.

To handle the escalating health crisis the CDC has activated an Emergency Operations Center (EOC), but Gingrey points out in his letter that Congress and the public are being kept in the dark about what it’s doing. “I firmly believe the public deserves to know the specific actions the EOC and other departments of the CDC are taking to combat and prevent the spread of communicable diseases,” the lawmaker writes. He goes on to demand that the CDC take immediate action to assess the public risk posed by the UACs and their subsequent transfer to different parts of the country. “I would also like information on what is being done to protect border patrol agents who come in contact with these diseases, what decontamination efforts are taking place, and what is included in medical screenings of the children.”

The administration has worked hard to keep that information secret, though some of it is slowly leaking out. One major news station reports that tuberculosis is spreading at the camps housing the illegal immigrant minors while the government downplays the severity of the matter. At least half a dozen anonymous sources, including nurses and healthcare providers, treating UAC’s at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio say the government is covering up a very serious health threat. Specifically, tuberculosis has become a dangerous issue at both the border and the camps, according to several sources cited in the story. One source confirms that “the amount of tuberculosis is astonishing.”

I’ll run out to get those just as soon as you give up your tinfoil hat.

a little common sense would help these arguments. if you take several hundred american kids let alone thousands and put them in the dusty and hot crowded conditions we hear about i can assure you there would be an outbreak of some kind of disease. and american kids are vaccinated. so yes indeed there is out breaks at these centers to be sure but of what and how bad we jhon q public do not know because the government does not want civil disobedience at this time. and if things spread and an epidemic breaks out well its any ones guess as to public reaction. and you can take this with a grain of salt but i spoke to a couple people that live down there that know some of the workers and all they could say is the situation is ever changing and that they had some illegals that was pretty sick and from what they did not know. so again take that info. with a grain of salt but i know these people for forty years and i take what they say as straight talk and they are very worried.

More lies and fear mongering by the right wing. And their sheeple fall for it. Pathetic. One case of TB. Lice and scabies, bugs and a skin rash, is the reality. They are better vaccinated than American kids. Instead of fear mongering, why doesn’t he help with solutions and approving something to expedite their processing? All RWNJ do is whine.

  • bbinny

Judicial Watch is reporting on a letter sent by a right-wing senator. It is not reporting on the veracity of his rather dubious claims. The facts are Central American kids are more likely to be vaccinated against most of these diseases than American kids. That you CAN look up.

  • lj

Still Bush’s fault? will you guys never give up this BS. Obama has been in charge for five years time for him to take accountablility for what happens under his watch

  • guest233

noprisoners..thank you for your comment. But I do think it is time we americans become very ALARMED! Our country and our people lives are at stake! As you said these people are coming across the border with alarming diseases. Pandemics will not be the only issue for the American people but our entire system will be overwhelmed. We can not import poverty at this time..not when we are bankrupt as a country!

  • guest233

noprisoners… what does ‘endemic’ mean? That it doesn’t spread? Please explain to all of us ‘ignorant’ folk because what we are reading is downright frightening! The only thing I know about ebola is it’s deadly in 60% of those who get it and it is spread by direct contact.

  • Chas Mcarty

If Obama wanted to import kids from an area of chaos for Humanitarian reasons he would not have had them boarder jumping..
He would not have had to. America has a long history of Christian Charity to the needy which does not include guns and bombs as a solution as in the last administration.

Granted that there seems to be an agenda some where behind this but it would be smarter to look at the phony think tanks that have become havens for rogues rather than the White House.

  • Chas Mcarty

You forgot to mention its root “Project Gun Runner” which started in 2005 and “Operation Wide Receiver (2006–2007)”. I’m sure just an oversight on your part in your honest effort to keep the record straight. And you are right how shameful it is to deploy troops then abandon them. This is a crime. The only found case of such an event is :

Cut and paste from Bush presidential archives

    “Taliban Executive Order

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), section 5 of the United Nations Participation Act of 1945, as amended (22 U.S.C. 287c), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,

I, GEORGE W. BUSH, President of the United States of America, find that the situation that gave rise to the declaration of a national emergency in Executive Order 13129 of July 4, 1999, with respect to the Taliban, in allowing territory under its control in Afghanistan to be used as a safe haven and base of operations for Usama bin Ladin and the Al-Qaida organization, has been significantly altered given the success of the military campaign in Afghanistan, and hereby revoke that order and terminate the national emergency declared in that order with respect to the Taliban. At the same time, and in order to take additional steps with respect to the grave acts of terrorism and threats of terrorism committed by foreign terrorists, the continuing and immediate threat of further attacks on United States nationals or the United States, and the national emergency described and declared in Executive Order 13224 of September 23, 2001, I hereby order:

Section 1. The Annex to Executive Order 13224 of September 23, 2001, is amended by adding thereto the following persons in appropriate alphabetical order:

Mohammed Omar (aka, Amir al-Mumineen [Commander of the Faithful])

    The Taliban.

Sec. 2. For the purposes of this order and Executive Order 13224 of September 23, 2001, the term “the Taliban” is also known as the “Taleban,” “Islamic Movement of Taliban,” “the Taliban Islamic Movement,” “Talibano Islami Tahrik,” and “Tahrike Islami’a Taliban”. The Secretary of State, in consultation with the Secretary of the Treasury, is hereby authorized to modify the definition of the term “the Taliban,” as appropriate.

Sec. 3. Nothing contained in this order shall create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable by any party against the United States, its agencies or instrumentalities, its officers or employees, or any other person.

Sec. 4. Pursuant to section 202 of the NEA (50 U.S.C. 1622), termination of the national emergency with respect to the Taliban shall not affect any action taken or proceeding pending not finally concluded or determined as of the date of this order, or any action or proceeding based on any act committed prior to the date of this order, or any rights or duties that matured or penalties that were incurred prior to the date of this order.

    GEORGE W. BUSH
    THE WHITE HOUSE,
    July 2, 2002.”

Of course this war is still going on and many have died because Bush wanted Saddam and diverted needed resources
in the run up to Iraq.

Ebola is not endemic to the New World. We DO have hemorrhagic fevers like Lassa and Hanta virus, but not ebola. IFF it’s here, it’s been recently imported and Guy Average is correct: Within a week or two in such close quarters, 88-93% of illegals and those caring for them will be dead.

  • spirittoo

It’s not obama that is doing this … though he definitely has a hand in it … but it’s the people that control him … bilderberg group … that’s calling the shots … they are getting ready to do something big … so they need a big diversion-

  • TheAztecPatriot

    Yes

  • http://guyaverage.blogspot.com/ Guy Average

If there is actually active Ebola in these camps then we won’t have to deport anyone. They will all be dead in short order. Ebola kills with frightening rapidity.

  • guest233

Acording to a former state patrol border guy..Zach Taylor west Africans are coming through the Mexican border and they are bringing in Ebola. This government has refused to disclose the scabies..lice..TB. Think they will warn the American ppl. ebola is present as well?

  • noprisoners49

There is to date NO EVIDENCE that Ebola is being spread by illegals here in America. This is not to say it can’t happen, but someone infected would have to survive the trip from Africa to Mexico, and then cross our border – while being very, very sick. If JW has evidence that Ebola Zaire has made it to our Southern Border, they need to post it. Otherwise, we have plenty of New World pathogens to be concerned with including Dengue, Lassa, Hanta virus, and other such lovelies. The situation is bad enough without unduly alarming the populace about the likelihood of Ebola burning through America.

  • Chas Mcarty

It takes real courage to go in and treat Ebola victims. My hats off to them.

  • Chas Mcarty

Proud to be appointed a “Safe Haven ” home, “theres always room for one more” as my wife likes to say. So far all we have taken in were abused American kids at the request of their Guardian Ad Litems..

What have you done lately besides rabble rouse in delirium?

  • Chas Mcarty

They are doing their job according to the existing laws. If they err its on the side of caution, as it well should be While you, meaning your side rather than you personally, are knowingly wrong but continuing on based on rumor and possibility rather than know facts.

Perhaps they should have let the representative in for his photo op, and possibly become infected. One less grandstanding obstructionist would hardly be missed, but even the remote possibility of letting a “Typhoid Mary” lose among us due to lax security or failure to follow protocol and standing orders within a secure military base “wouldn’t be prudent.”

  • Judyann J

How many Americans must die at the hands of Obama? Through his shocking absence of concern for the American people whether it be his New Rules of Engagement whereby our combat/war heroes are dying and maimed @ numbers exponentially higher since Obama took office … or our warriors abandoned in Benghazi…or our most precious Seal Teams, unbeknownst to them, forced to break transport protocol and hence shot down and allowed to be murdered by Islamic terrorists … or the hundreds gunned down by the Obama/Holder Mexican gun running scheme … or now, deadly diseases being spread by the illegals Obama is welcoming with open arms with our people on the ground forbidden from talking about what is really transpiring at the border.

If these are not “High Crimes and Misdemeanors” I don’t know what is.

  • spirittoo

This is obviously planned and intentional by the us and governments of the illegals. The question is why is the government doing this? We all know they are breaking many us laws so breaking our immigration laws is no big deal to them. Is this a distraction for when the dollar collapse? Do they want violence so they can declare marshal law and take away guns? Why are they doing this? Do they want to see how far they can push the sheeple? What?

  • redrum01

Why don’t you go down to one of those holding centers & bring a few of those kids back your house to stay. Seeing facts don’t matter to you & you assume all these people have been immunized & are disease free, this shouldn’t worry you much

  • Chas Mcarty

    Pssst, Just tween you and me , I hear Ob is arranging for a meteor to hit us and its bringing the sky down with it. But you didn’t hear it from me. ;

  • Chas Mcarty

Exactly, If any of those kids offer you a bundle of blankets, don’t take the blankets.

  • redrum01

So the TB, Hep A & B & other illness’s don’t exit then? You are just focusing on the Ebola & it only matters if it results in death?

Migrants from West Africa and the Middle East, as well and Central and South America are entering through Mexico also—from areas that have outbreaks of Ebola, Chikungunya, and Dengue fever.
Swine flu, chickenpox, tuberculosis, and scabies have been reported in Border Patrol agents.
Tucson Unified School District has offered closed schools as housing for children here illegally”.

I did and the number of the deadly Ebola cases in Central America, to date, 0.none, nil zilch, nada. for as long asthey have been keeping records. There were 4 of the lessor REBOLV here in the US. in 1990 traced to the Philippines.
But just in case, hurry up and form an armada to go out and turn back all those sick African kids swimming here.
Of all the inanities, this tops it. Of all the fear mongering this takes the cake.

Be sure the boats are big enough for your flags and signs.

Ebola is found to be spreading in Africa, before it could be contained but now it can’t be one reason being the people living in the villages demand to wash the dead body before it is buried which causes the relative doing the washing to catch the disease which keeps spreading. It is highly contagious the medical teams that comes in to treat it put pans of bleach at each entrance going in and out to walk through as they leave to kill the germs on their shoes.

  • ** Defiant Soul **

Our current administration promised to re-create America and he has succeeded in doing so. How do you like the ‘change’?.

  • BuckeyeSam

Right. When I think of recklessness, I think of Judicial Watch.

Don’t forget your Obama knee pads, your Vaseline petroleum jelly, and your all caps that get our attention.

  • redrum01

And you know this is false how? You do know these outbreaks are not uncommon where these people are coming from right? Perhaps you should Google COMMON diseases found in Central America before you spout off

  • Polter Geist

The only real contagion in this article is ignorance. To state that illegals are bringing in specific diseases is completely irresponsible fear mongering hyperbole. The only reasonable conclusion is that illegals are very likely to ‘host’ diseases and an excellent point to KEEP THEM OUT. Obama and his dictatorship are beyond reckless with costing the USA unchecked vulnerabilities and people should FIGHT to protect this country. However, to knowingly spread false rumors is wrong and should be stopped.

  • off_leash

    Ebola? I don’t think that’s credible … yet.

  • Shootist

Leprosy isn’t terribly contagious, how about cholera , typhus and typhoid?

  • SandyLester

TB, H1, all heps, HIV, STDs, mumps, measles, chicken pox, bronchitis, flu, unknown skin eruptions, unsourced eye infections – what next, out break of leprosy?
