Dear Mr. Bekesha: 
Earlier this month, you and discussed the provision Judicial Watch records that were previously provided the Conunittee Oversight and Govenunent Refonn, U.S. House Representatives, and that are responsive Judicial Watch's FOIA request, subject additional redactions appropriate. And November 2014, the parties this case filed joint status report (ECF No. 46) which they indicated that the provision such materials would occur today's date. Towards that end, please find enclosed with this letter the contemplated release records. 
For your reference, all redactions have been marked with text box indicating the nature the redaction. Material withheld pursuant the deliberative process privilege has been marked "DP" "DPP." Material marked for redaction ATF, DHS, DEA, USMS, State has been identified with reference the relevant entity. Material withheld protect personal information (i.e., telephone numbers, email addresses, etc.) has been marked "Privacy." Other privilege redactions are marked accordingly. addition, material concerning either (i) government business unrelated Operation Fast and Furious and the associated congressional investigation, (ii) personal matters, has been marked "Unrelated." Such material may otherwise contain information that privileged, and the Department reserves the right assert these additional bases for withholding the unrelated material remains issue. 
The Department also intends soon provide Judicial Watch updated version the draft Vaughn index provided October 22, 2014. look forward discussing these matters with you advance the joint status report filed January 16, 2015.
