Lois, Determinations noticed uptick applications from advocacy organizations early 2010. 
The first case was referred chnical 2010 when the

Determinations. case was transferred give you sense the growth the number these cases, October 2010, had identified approximately
 advocacy cases. about 10:00 a.m. 2/28/2012, had 229 these cases the 229 cases, 141 have been assigned. Development letters have been sent the majority the
 141 assigned cases. The oldest control dates those cases that are still unassigned are 2/8/2011, 3/18/2011,
 4/28/2011, and 5/28/2011. These will assigned next. Otherwise, we're approximately 6/6/2011 control date for
 these cases. Technical provided guidance regarding the development applications advocacy organizations
 Determinations November 2011.

Just came back from the meeting and they have asked for several things. 
Don/Janine--The guidance provided Cincy that Don reviewed --I"m hoping you can let know your concerns soon possible can finalize the draft. will sending over them and putting out the web with other check sheets/guide sheets. 
Holly--a timeline relating the uptick --that is, about when did notice there were enough these that needed guidance from and then when did get cases here look at. there info regarding development and FTEs and replacement cases, give that too.
