NOTICE DEPOSITION SCHEDULE
The parties have conferred and have agreed dates for the depositions the
current State Department employees. Specifically, Plaintiff will take the following depositions the following days:
Stephen Mull: June 2016;
30(b)(6) witness(es): June 2016; and
Lewis Lukens: May 18, 2016;
Patrick Kennedy: June 29, 2016.
After conferring with Defendant well the attorneys for the former State
Department employees, Plaintiff served subpoenas the former State Department employees.
Plaintiff intends take the following depositions the following days:
Cheryl Mills: May 27, 2016;
Bryan Pagliano: June 2016; and
Huma Abedin: June 28, 2016.

The above depositions are scheduled take place within the eight week period
established the Court May 2016 order. Once the depositions are complete, Plaintiff,
necessary, will seek the Court permission conduct additional discovery.
