Fast & Furious Crime Scene Photos Ordered Released

Sharyl Attkisson describes Judicial Watch’s FOIA lawsuit against the City of Phoenix that uncovered Fast and Furious crime scene photos from a 2013 gang style assault that happened there. An AK-47 rifle that was used in this gruesome assault was linked to Operation Fast and Furious, a gun-walking scheme perpetuated by the Department of Justice. Sean Christopher Stewart, the suspect of this crime, purchased it. View all of the photos of the crime scene obtained by Judicial Watch here.

Read this compelling quote from a congressional letter regarding the firearm at the heart of this crime scene, which Attkisson featured in this article:

“Yet, over a full year has passed, and the Department has failed to notify the Committees … This lack of transparency about the consequences of Fast and Furious undermines public confidence in law enforcement and gives the impression that the Department is seeking to suppress information and limit its exposure to public scrutiny,” the members write in the letter.
