Judicial Watch v. Federal Communications Commission (No. 09-1481) - Digital television transition delay documents
Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Federal Communications Commission to obtain documents regarding the government’s decision to delay the transition to digital television. Following the FCC’s production of documents, the case was closed in April 2010.
