Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) to obtain documents regarding abuses by the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) Housing organization of AmeriCorps grants issued by CNCS.
