Clinton staffer pleads the Fifth after Clinton says she is “delighted” that he would cooperate

Yesterday lawyers for Pagliano also stated in a court filing that there is “no proper purpose” for an audio or video recording of the deposition because of his intention to assert his Fifth Amendment right by refusing to answer any questions presented from the conservative group Judicial Watch.
