Court Ruling Requires New Hunt For Clinton Emails About Benghazi
Roughly one month shy of the five-year anniversary of the 2012 attack on the Benghazi diplomatic compound that killed four Americans, a federal judge has ordered further investigations into what Hillary Clinton’s emails might reveal about the attack.
U.S. District Court Judge Amit Mehta ruled Tuesday that the State Department must renew its search for emails Clinton may have sent about the Sept. 11, 2012 attack.
“This major court ruling may finally result in more answers about the Benghazi scandal – and Hillary Clinton’s involvement in it – as we approach the attack’s fifth anniversary,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
