MINUTE ORDER (paperless). The Court has received and considered the parties
[8] Joint Status Report regarding further proceedings this FOIA case. Although
the parties disagree various aspects setting schedule, they agree that the
first production responsive documents should August 20, 2015.
Accordingly, Defendant shall make its first production responsive records later than AUGUST 20, 2015. addition, the parties shall file Joint Status
Report later than SEPTEMBER 2015, proposing schedule for further
productions and indicating the volume and scope responsive documents. The
parties shall meet and confer with sufficient time prior the filing that Joint
Status Report such that the Status Report reflects both parties positions
proposed schedule. The Court will not set final deadline for all productions until
after has had opportunity consider that Joint Status Report order
leave open the possibility that the production documents can completed
more expeditiously than the January 2016 deadline proposed the Defendant.
