Dear Mr. Marshall:
This fifth interim response your Freedom Information Act (FOIA) request
dated and received this Office December 12, 2017, which you requested: (1)
communications between former Associate Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr and named
individuals and entities, (2) travel documents pertaining Mr. Ohr, and (3) all calendar entries Mr. Ohr, dating since January 2015. This will also serve first interim response
your FOIA request dated and received this Office May 29, 2018, which you requested:
records from the Office the Deputy Attorney General (ODAG) relating Fusion GPS,
Nellie Ohr, and/or Christopher Steele, dating since January 2016. This response made
behalf ODAG. the course processing the latter request, the Organized Crime Drug
Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) also referred material this Office for processing and
direct response you. This response includes material referred OCDETF. August 24, 2018, October 2018, November 2018, and December 14, 2018,
provided you with interim responses your request. have now completed processing 344
additional pages containing records responsive your request. have determined that 337
pages containing records responsive your request are appropriate for release with excisions
made pursuant Exemptions 7(A), 7(C), 7(D), and 7(E) the FOIA, U.S.C. 552(b)(6),
(b)(7)(A), (b)(7)(C), (b)(7)(D), and (b)(7)(E), and copies are enclosed. Additionally, have
determined that seven pages should withheld full pursuant Exemptions 7(A), 7(C),
7(D), and 7(E). Some the excisions these records are made behalf other entities,
including the Federal Bureau Investigation (FBI) and the Department Criminal Division.
Please advised that duplicative records were not processed, and are marked accordingly.
Exemption pertains information the release which would constitute clearly
unwarranted invasion the personal privacy third parties. Exemption 7(A) pertains
records information compiled for law enforcement purposes, the release which could
reasonably expected interfere with enforcement proceedings. Exemption 7(C) pertains
records information compiled for law enforcement purposes, the release which could
reasonably expected constitute unwarranted invasion the personal privacy third
parties. Exemption 7(D) pertains records information compiled for law enforcement
-2purposes, the release which would disclose the (identity confidential source).
Exemption 7(E) pertains records information compiled for law enforcement purposes, the
release which would disclose certain techniques procedures for law enforcement
investigations prosecutions.
For your information, Congress excluded three discrete categories law enforcement
and national security records from the requirements the FOIA. See U.S.C. 552(c) (2012 Supp. 2017). This response limited those records that are subject the requirements the FOIA. This standard notification that given all our requesters and should not

Yeah, may have jumped conclusions after seeing his name the RFERL article.
The Mundo report mentions Zubkov the very end but doesnt specifically seem say there was
arrest warrant
