STANDING FOIA ORDER
The above captioned case has been assigned Judge Emmet Sullivan for resolution.
Plaintiff brings this action pursuant the Freedom
Information Act FOIA U.S.C. 552. The parties are
directed meet and confer and propose joint scheduling order
for further proceedings this case later than June 23,
2017. The parties joint proposed scheduling order shall address
the following:

The status plaintiff FOIA request;
(2)
The anticipated number documents responsive
plaintiff FOIA request;
(3)
The anticipated date(s) for release documents
responsive plaintiff FOIA request;
(4)
Whether motion for Open America stay likely

JOINT STATUS REPORT accordance with this Court order June 23, 2017, the parties jointly advise the
Court follows: Status Plaintiff FOIA request: Several IRS divisions have completed their search for responsive records, and
several more are still the process searching for records responsive
Plaintiff request. HHS has completed its search for responsive records. Scope Judicial Watch Request After conferring with IRS, and being informed the broad categories
responsive records each agency has located and anticipates locating the
future, Judicial Watch has declined narrow the scope its requests.
Case 1:17-cv-00615-EGS Document Filed 08/24/17 Page Number Responsive Records IRS has thus far located approximately 6000 responsive records, but
anticipates finding more once completes its search. HHS estimates the number responsive records has located between
approximately 200. Anticipated Dates Release Responsive Records IRS will make the first release approximately 100 responsive records
Judicial Watch August 24, 2017. IRS will continue make additional
releases responsive records rolling, monthly basis, with each release
occurring around the 24th each month, until all responsive records
have been released. The parties estimate that IRS final production
documents already found will occur around January 24, 2017; however, IRS finds additional responsive documents, the final document production
date may extended. HHS anticipates releasing approximately 500 600 records Judicial Watch September 25, 2017, which represents the totality responsive records
HHS possession. Future Status Reports the Court The parties propose file another status report with the Court days from
the date this filing, and continue file status reports with the Court
every days until both IRS and HHS have completed their searches for
responsive records and released all non-exempt records Judicial Watch.

defendants anticipate releasing the future.
