ORDER
Upon consideration [66] the parties joint status report, and the entire record herein,
hereby ORDERED that the following schedule shall govern further proceedings this matter:
Document Production. The State Department shall release any responsive, non-
duplicative records retrieved from its searches the five components follows: the first release records shall made not later than February 13, 2018; the second release shall made
not later than March 13, 2018; and the final release shall made not later than April 13, 2018.
Summary Judgment Briefing. The parties contend that although they have made
progress narrowing the remaining issues, summary judgment briefing may still necessary. Any
further briefing shall conform the following schedule: the State Department shall file any motion
for summary judgment not later than May 2018; plaintiff shall file any opposition and crossmotion for summary judgment not later than June 2018; the State Department shall file any
reply support summary judgment and opposition plaintiff cross-motion not later than
June 15, 2018; and plaintiff shall file any reply support summary judgment not later than
June 29, 2018.

Joint Status Report. The parties shall file with the Court not later than April
20, 2018, joint status report reporting the status the document production and informing
the Court whether there are any remaining issues that will require further briefing. ORDERED.
